We offer a secure and direct channel for receiving reports of inappropriate internal conduct or suspected violations of
laws, rules, or regulations, including reports of corruption and other irregularities outlined in Law No. 12.846/2013
(Anti-Corruption Law) by Arandu Investimentos, its employees, suppliers, and business partners.
This Whistleblower Channel is an essential tool for identifying improper behavior and significantly contributes to the
enforcement and compliance with laws.
Rest assured: all information submitted through the Whistleblower Channel is treated confidentially, and we guarantee
protection against retaliation for whistleblowers acting in good faith.
We offer the option to submit reports anonymously through our electronic form. Please provide a detailed description of
the facts, and whenever possible, attach documents, photos, and other evidence that may assist the responsible team in
their analysis.
This channel is available to all Arandu Investimentos employees, clients, government entities, suppliers, business
partners, and the general public.
This channel should not be used for submitting complaints or suggestions regarding products and services offered or
provided by Arandu Investimentos.
